Too many variables can affect per door prices. 

So I was thinking of getting into the real estate business and starting out in the field (door knocking).

They can be a huge headache as you were not the one who screened them and placed them in your unit (especially if you are house hacking and living next door).

Looking in investing Multi Family property with 180 doors, there is no asking price, NOI is $1,200,000 (annually), Cap Rate is 5.8%.What should be a reasonable offer for this property?

Honestly in that price range you're going to run into a lot of issues with your clientele.With that being said you'll also have more cash flow per door to come along with those headaches so take solace in that hahahaCongratulations on the closing and here's to the next one 🍻🤘
