Hey BP people, my name is Esteban and my goal is to be financially free. I'm sure many of you are on the same path and if you are I wish you the best of luck. Anyways lets cut to the chase. I am an electrician and I roughly make 40-50k a year. It's not very much since im living in New York but thankfully my wife is an dental hygienist and where able to save money. The only problem is she is 3 month pregnant and eventually she wont be working due to the baby. So I was thinking of getting into the real estate business and starting out in the field (door knocking). The problem is that's It is only commission. I know that if I do transition to this field of work the opportunity is much greater than what I have now. I've been contemplating and just have been trying to see if it's a smart move or not, so please if anyone has any advice for me I would greatly appreciate it. Also people who do door knocking can make up to 70-100k from what I understood when I had the meeting with one of the business owners. I know it's going to be a grind and I'm all about it
