Other than setting up a domestic and foreign LLC due to properties being in different states, transferring the deeds, and opening business bank accounts (and funding), what else needs to be done?

It was my Father's long time business his guidance & knowledge pushed me to follow his steps & when the right opportunity came across i did not hesitate.

After being in business for over 10 years and having rental properties, I'm always dealing with these kinds of situations (contractors, employees, customers, government, etc).

I live in FL and do all my business out of state.

I feel I'm going to lose business.

And just like any other business you have customers: your tenants!

I'll be in Miami all of march and half of April doing business development it's my #1 market I want to grow in
