I am looking to achieve financial independence and freedom from the 9 to 5 so I can focus on 2 businesses.

Having the LLC give us alot more freedom to have control and to be able to act promptly without the delays.

Your goals and how close you are to freedom makes a big difference in what the "right answer" is in my opinion.
