Asking this as food for thought, as I see many people WANT to get into real estate with no money but do not get very far because they may not be ready mentally or financially. 

If it is location (close to a popular bar catering to a particular group) the address should tell them or a specific description of the area  e.g. two blocks from..... downtown, x  beach, or whatever attraction there is.

A high-end hotel, a food hall, lots of new restaurants, a new convention hotel between it and the Power and Light (KC's LoDo).Anyway, welcome to Denver and good luck with your investing in KC!

Plus the food is incredible :) Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

What kind of guests are you trying to cater to?

I invest west of Gannon and don't cater toward Gannon students but I have a buddy who owns a multi-family near Gannon so it happens. 

Just among the crew that I go camping with here's what I've seen happen just in the past 2 years:Canopy on a hybrid trailer came loose and flew off in a storm3 different tire blowoutsfridge door flew open going down the road (latch broke), damaging the fridge, countertop, and food inside. 

No problem, here's food stamps, a housing voucher, unemployment assistance, disability etc.

While it is cheaper than the USA, everything in Ecuador is in dollars from the cost of food to real estate.
