Failure to keep a Renters Insurance policy in place at all times will be a Lease Violation subject to eviction, and Tenant will incur a $200.00 fee if their policy is cancelled during Tenancy.Oh, and in case a tenant refuses to pay the fee:APPLICATION OF FEES, CHARGES, & PAYMENTS: Once incurred, all Fees and Charges associated with Tenancy shall be considered part of “Rent”.
