@Joe Splitrock one topic not much discussed on these boards and I confess I don’t know what to make of it:The biggest, richest and best housed generation in American history has just entered the prime dying years releasing an enormous amount of liquidity.Not trying to be ghoulish but it’s something like 3-4 trillion in retirement assets.
