College students are often nearly broke themselves, aren't they?

Its just a fact that when you have a single parent and 2 to 4 kids or more your house is going to take on more wear and tear.then Section 8 has annual inspections and  you have to fix whatever they broke.. 

This tenant had been giving me issues since I spoke to them about lease violations back in March and I do not want my contractor or my husband handling her stuff because she will probably say we broke something even if they didn't.

They left it a wreck not to mention they broke their lease about 6 months early. 

Pay attention to the workers, kids shoes, medical bill, mom's car broke down, you help them and they will help you!

They sue because a step on the deck stairs rotted and broke so they busted their leg.

Once they broke into the walls, it became a permit job and the city forced them into other updates.

It doesn't have to be your capital necessarily but if your broke that needs to be addressed first.
