The county courthouse is located way outside my city.

For me thats south end,   so renton and burien are my top picks but most other cities in south king would be of interest too.

You need all of your business obligations from local vendors, contractors, and certain Team members.With regards to a location be is the southern United States around fairly large cities that are devirsably economically, has growing population, job growth, and to invest in a growing area. 

Would gravel meet the city requirements?

My wife and I will be a part of that growth and help to revive the homes in our city.

Try to do it in a city that has a 3rd party relative or a friend that is local of the subject property that will help you out and reduce your travel expenses down.I would normally tell you to be honest with the seller except from when you are Wholesaling and assigning the contract.
