More hypothetical, what i'm trying to find out is what people on here think the smartest way would be to get into RE, a cash flowing duplex gets you going right from the get go, but a sfr my be more desirable due to easier to execute exit strategies.

I will never understand why it is that when I want to evaluate a commercial multifamily property that I have to look at an executive summary that is 100 pages long with 20 of them being the nicest pictures you can see and 12 comps for the area.

It's not even an American owned network.So, if someone is not bashing Obama they are campaigning for him.....that's objective, LOL.I can tell you the greatest increase in our national debt as a percentage of GNP, in our history, was during Bush 42 and Regan.
