I would love to buy Real Estate and flip it, but I do not have any where near the required capital for it.Other than speaking with Real Estate individuals on a normal basis, I do not know much about it.

I'd like some advice on how to structure a partnership between 2 individuals with the following skill sets, for the following goal.Goal:  To acquire rental propertiesSkill sets:Person 1:  Real estate knowledge, license, find/vet deals, handle negotiations, legal, tax, bank account, collecting rents, finding tenants.

I'm looking to team up with talented individuals to make dreams happen. 

I hope to have the opportunity to connect with like minded individuals in the area as well as learn as much I possibly can to get started investing.
