...and I know very little about real estate. I've read close to 10 books on real estate, financing, and tax laws over the past month, but I'm not in a position to apply any of it because I'm stationed in the armpit of America...Altus, Oklahoma. I'm interested in multi-family housing, as I feel it would give me a good introduction to real estate investing and property management, but I'm here to learn whatever you're willing to teach!
