@Thomas Don also I agree that banks will start lending on this more freely in the future it is very difficult to use this income right now for a conventional loan product and it is a problem

@Ryan Cousins I highly recommend reaching out to @Adrienne Green and her team.  

If the local bank is offering their own product which avoids PMI, even better. 

I'm pretty much as green as they come, so I'm looking for some advice.

The production process took just over 3 weeks to complete. 

I’m currently reading the book on long distance real estate investing by David Greene so that’s helping some. 

But in turn you get a cheap product at the latter two… they work fine but they let a lot of light through.

I'm not sure I see the value from the landlord side unless it's a rent guarantee product. 

I have started that process they seem to lead me to finished product. they have brought a couple of properties that I like and thinking of brrrr them. does your property managing company vet renters & deal with evictions
