This is my limited experience, and it's worked out well so far.

In terms of rentredi though, I can say I've used it for about a year and a half on my three properties and have really liked it. 

My family is planning on moving to Franklin County area (preferably Franklinton/Louisburg) in the coming months.

I'm looking to absorb as much as I can from y'all in hopes to get my family to financial freedom.

Own a few rentals and hoping to be on my way to financial independence soon

Living at home with family in NY Can I purchase a home in SC with an FHA Loan and make it my primary residence, but still be living with family in NY while contractor work is being done on SC property.

All,It is my understanding that I can not use a 10% second home loan and put it in an LLC to reap the tax benefits if I STR the property most of the time.

I pick up stuff on my sight every time I am there .
