We currently promote over 31,000 listing from all over US and $72B in inventory.The website has fantastic campaign in Google and is designed to capture as many buyers leads as possible but I am having problem monetizing it.

I have listed it on HomeAway and Airbnb.  

But go now to rent them because they will be wait listed.

I just purchased that book and its next up on the list.

There's a new build on Congress of 1,500 sqft that was just listed at $499k (.04 acre lot).  

As I'm working on my cash buyers list, I started reaching out to "we buy houses" type websites in my area, Connecticut, and came across one interesting site that sells leads.

And one listed the replacement cost as well so they do cover the value from the same three angles that residential appraisals do but they looked at it much closer.

By the way, not all properties in Montreal have zero cashflow, but all of those listed on the MLS do ;)!
