I am super angry because I don't believe the city council should have the power to meddle in people's business affairs and the $4500 is like getting a $4500 traffic ticket, or some sort of court-ordered fine when landlords are not doing anything bad.

Unless the layout of the property is such that the original tenant doesn't see or hear the new tenants (never mind the loss of usable space), I can't see that sharing a property with other people, the noise, and additional traffic associated with other tenants and their guest on the property is something he/she agreed to.

Yes, private lending content will get lower numbers than general news content, but we still serve the niche extremely well, and that's a win-win for us and the author since the author can drive traffic to their businesses/website in their author bio and build thought leadership in an already established audience.
