We are trying to keep it free and are looking at Wegman's grocery as they have a free eating area and meeting rooms (200.00 for 4 hours) Ouch.

For example, a lot of the duplexes we are seeing are 140K+, but the rents may only be $1.6K combined.

My fiance and I are looking to get into real estate, and we are planning as our first step (after making sure our budget can afford it) to get preapproved for a 2nd loan.

The dogs are very friendly and we are not worried about being bitten, however we also want to make sure we are still protected IF anything were to happen because you never know.

We are now in Sept and the tenant has not paid Aug nor Sept rent and the eviction hearing is now set for the 14th of this month.

For the volume of flips we are doing it makes sense to use them.

End result it seems we are getting the upset price of 236k, so not a total disaster , but still a far cry away from the 100k per year NET I would be getting or sales price of 600k or more.   

We are investors in Kitsap County looking for recommendations for a real estate attorney to help us form LLCs.

There is the possibility of expansion as we are going to get about 15 additional Acres that have not been developed yet.
