Sep 2018 Free Prince Georges County MD BP Meetup was a success

I am new to BP, but started a meetup 3 months ago in my city of Bowie Maryland. The reason that I started the BP meetup was to connect with other local investors (without the pitches of traditional REIAs. 

Month 1 two people

Month 3 eight people

We are now looking for a larger space to meet (is Paneras coffee now). We are trying to keep it free and are looking at Wegman's grocery as they have a free eating area and meeting rooms (200.00 for 4 hours) Ouch. Josh Dorken and Brandon Turner recommended creating the meetup to network with investors and it is working.

I am still attending other REIA's but this one is full of new BP members helping other new BP members. I am also taking a home inspection class with the person that came to the month 1 meetup. Now we have another classmate and his wife attending the meetup. We are expecting it to grow and I am very excited to be doing this. Can you tell that I love BP and the community?
