Not "dissing" a podcast I haven't heard, but loan compliance is a full time job, the internet isn't that best the best place to find information unless you're on an official site. :)

I have made the decision to take the jump into real estate and I found Bigger Pockets through searching the internet for helpful websites, etc. 

Tv, Internet ads, and radio was blowing up with Than Merrill and Armando propaganda.  

Look how to do that on this site and the internet.

Hiring people to do the work was and still is NOT possible. like the other person said, you also get a real idea of how long something should take. and before the internet, all i knew how to do was install car stereos,amplifiers and carpentry. i've learned ALL my other trades on the net. drywall, tiling, laminate flooring, plumbing, light electrical, etc. hell i even installed a second sump pump on my moms house because it would flood the basement on most rains. contractors price to do it $5500. i did it in 2 days for $347..... but to get to your main question.

I was able to buy so many because I made a load of money from the internet.
