Really, I was surprised they didn't fire me before they finally did.You may have to do double-duty and learn to take equity positions in deals, become a better marketer and lead generator and become a force to reckon with in your home market.

This in my opinion puts the interests of the broker/agent ahead of the fiduciary duty to the seller and the buyer as a client.Some states allow designated agency where it's the same brokerage but a different agent for each party to represent their interest etc.

@Jerry Robinson There were several ways to qualify, including being active duty, a Veteran, government worker, contractor or a family member of anyone in those categories.
