Hi I'm new in real estate I bought a duplex 2 year ago to try it out and so far is the best thing ever trying to keep on going but need a plan, I can come up with 100,000 by the and of the summer what should I do ???? I'm in anchorage Alaska everything here seems to me a little expensive compared to other states
