I also think that Ames Lakes, Duvall and Fall City are going to be on the uptick for Redmond Individuals, as Parkplace gets redeveloped we are going to see a surge of Eastside Tech Boom and people wanting to live outside of Seattle City Limits.

The county tax assessor doesn't inspect individual properties and likely has never even seen this house or have any idea what condition it's in.
