I just thought the trend is looking really interesting.

Keeping the home clean and in top shape are game-changers elements in your hosting experience that will add tremendous value to your guest stay, adding an extra layer of comfort and safety to their holiday.

I have felt that too many new investors were coming into the market based upon the recent trend of appreciation and rent charts only showing a trend of going up.

In that spirit, instead of trying to forecast the future, let’s talk about a real estate trend that was accelerated by the pandemic over the past year — and ask you as an investor (who buys and more importantly sells) to consider what you think will happen in 2021?

Roof is about 15 years old (still in good shape, but most likely will need replacing in about 5 years).
