Investment Properties Near Colleges - Post Coronavirus
I am just starting my journey in real estate investing. I live in a city with a couple colleges and I can also get to the cities with the 2 main state colleges within an hour. I have found a couple houses near these campuses for sale which normally I would strongly pursue. However, there is some uncertainty around what college is going to look like with the pandemic. I am looking for opinions on how people think rental properties near college campuses will be affected to know if it is worth pursuing or not.
Thanks!
