While a Roth IRA allows you to withdraw your initial investment anytime, since you already paid taxes on these funds, you generally can't withdraw any profits or traditional IRA contributions until age 59 ½.

In our area(s) and experience (which feels more limited as time passes) a rooming house serves a distinct clientele:  a) university students (perhaps a sub-population such as international students); b) work force for a major employer (factory, refinery, mine, hospital) or c) those on the margins (those one step from the streets, the mentally ill {as governments have closed most of the traditional homes and care facilities}, the addicted, etc).  

I am ramping up my REI work and shifting from wholesaling lease options to traditional wholesaling. 

Have you looked into a lease option wholesaling instead of traditional wholesale?

You can also use a traditional IRA type plan inside of a SoloK.  

This deal wouldnt have allowed for an inspection, it wasnt a traditional sale, so I dont think anyone could or would have foreseen this and even if so never being it being this bad.
