Since this property’s taxes have been unpaid for 10 years, are you sure it hasn’t been on the auction list before and just not sold?

Anyone transfer their personal tools to your llc and deduct them from your taxes?

It seemed like a good tool so I looked at the pricing.  

As far as Zillow Premier agent goes - it partially depends on the available areas and the price, but typically I would say this would not be a tool for new agents.

I owned and sold a house to an FHA buyer, and my ownership was between 90-180 days.

Will have exterior and interior pictures soon, but if you look on Zillow or other sites and find pictures they are before we made the improvements mentioned.Homes of similar size and finishes have recently sold for a little more than we are asking but currently we are selling by owner.

I'm sharing a map from the MLS that shows listings that sold for over $100k in the past 12 months - as you can see there are some higher value houses starting to pop up there.

I am interested in this business and have not sold anything yet, kind of just getting my feet wet.
