An RV being mobile seems to present additional challenges in this scenario. 

Equity is the meat.It's important to remember that you're either trying to buy equity or cash flow at a discount.A significant challenge of trying to become an investor, in the beginning, is that we become attached to each of the few leads that are generated and try to squeeze every ounce of possibility out a very opportunity.

This past week we had some delays and challenges.  

Technically my primary residence is a 5th wheel.

Depending on what it is you did in Israel pertaining to the type of real estate transactions you can probably carry over most of the fundamental knowledge, however, many of the technical elects are vastly different form Israel.

Oh I forgot to mention it's a huge 2 story barn in the back but is technically a different lot as far as paperwork.

Finding and retaining help to increase the pace is critical to me and my business and is currently my greatest challenge keeping me from expansion.   

Right now finding properties that make economic sense to rehab is a challenge.

I can be home for long periods of time so I want to fill my downtime with something interesting, challenging and profitable.
