I am extremely thankful for any replies and for anyone taking the time to helpIs it possible to find a home that is older yet surrounded by all newer built up and insides up to date homes ( very nice) and add bedrooms and baths etc and cosmetic work including central air to get it to the ARV of the other properties in the neighborhood ?

Being built in the 1890's means that ALL systems in the home have surpassed a useful lifespan and it's not uncommon to see some of these historic homes still hanging onto their "firsts", especially in windows, gas lines, HVAC ducting (which would have been added much later than the original construction date), etc.

Also if they need to be evicted it's as easy as setting a court date with a notification that if they can't pay late fees, court fees and full rent at that date they will be evicted!

Just correct all the errors on your 2019 return that you have already filed and then file it again before the due date, as noted it will be treated as your originally filed return.

Offer a $1000 bonus to the realtor (a tip as it were which has to be paid through their broker) for finding a buyer within next 30 days of date posted and closing the deal You can print up the offer, the address, your contact number drop it off at each real estate office and have them post it where the realitors can read it and know about the offer.
