Hey everyone, I just stopped by a SFH rental of ours and noticed that one of the tenant's sons is sleeping in the basement which doesn't have an egress window.

It's not uncommon though to get a good person in a week and have them move in in a week or two after that depending on when the house is liter for rent.When my son was little I didn't want a lot going on and so I specialized in helping tenants find rentals.

Hi, reading this thread with interest as I have the opposite problem: my son and his buddies paid rent on time to Zeus for the last 3 months in San Francisco, and Zeus didn't pass it on to landlord who now wants to evict them.

My son is a flight student in the area and he owns a 3/2 in Milton that he Airbnb's .
