I’m getting presents for tenants tomorrow. Any idea on what would be a good gift or what you folks usually do if you do that?

@Jake Arnold that's really nice. I'm sure they appreciate it. This year it might be nice to give them a gift certificate to a local business like a coffee shop or cafe. That way your tenant benefits are so does someone else in your community.
