In the entire building those board were the only ones that were not physically removed or chemically stripped.I do know that XRF will detect that lead and have been told that I should notify an inspector/risk assessor of that situation otherwise it will be assumed that the surface of those boards are painted with lead paint.It is notable too that in the year ~1990 I had a blood level of 8 ug/dl.

This is usually leveled out by asking for higher deposit in the hopes that this will cover at least some repairs or missed rent payments.

Go spend a year or two putting families in homes, focused 100% on that, and nothing else, not even having the mental capacity to ask unrelated questions (you're working 70 hours a week getting your super basic-level business just barely up and running, you don't have time for such nonsense).

If  tile fits into your budget you can really make that room attractive.Hard to tell how rough it is in pic but Could possibly just paint it the way it is.Self leveling concrete then paint.I dont think you have the height at the doors but some people just lay pavers right on top (not bonded)
