Is it possible to do a double close but have the seller sign their papers in the morning ,then do signing of papers with buyer hour later and then have seller come back at a later time in the day to receive their money?

To make it simple for book keeping, I HIGHLY recommend setting up a separate checking account with debit or credit card to not have any excuses of 'too hard to keep track of' things.
