Simplisitic Poperty Management Agreement

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a very simple Property Mangement Agreement.  I own a few properties that I manage myself until I transfer them to my business.  However, I would like to have a PM agreement between myself and my business during that interim time.  Would anyone be willing to share something very simple?  Thanks in advance

Also, maybe I missed it but I am surprised that there is not a "Property Mangement" forum to post this under.  I did not see this heading with the latest website upgrade at BP.  Regardless, the site is awesome and glad it is here.
