Is this a service all GCs offer and what is the cost?

I can raise capital in my day job and use that to fuel real estate investments.

Apparently the database they use can't export lists to excel or csv so they forward my message to the software company and they sell it to me as a service...

Sears scratch and dent seem to be the most competitive, and to your points will not carry much weight in terms of warranty / service given the struggling brick and mortar model.

I was born and raised here and moved back over a year ago after an 8 year stint away and I could not be happier with what I have seen going on in Buffalo.

Moreover, you might not be able to convince the seller of the benefits they receive and you might not be able to get around the loan servicer responsibilities.

Something like your services are no longer needed could likely fit that in many states.

Hi Everyone,Been doing a ton of research lately, reading books, listening to podcasts, reading the forums, etc......It seems nearly everything I come across is geared toward becoming a GP, getting deals, raising funds etc......However, that is not what I’m looking for, I own my own successful company, love it, and not looking to give that up, strictly looking to invest. 

If the property cash flows well enough to cover the lenders debt service coverage ratio, and you have adequate liquidity, you should be able to qualify.
