In my (one time) experience with section 8 I put my emphasis on my perception of the applicant's personality, work ethic and credit score.

From looking up on Glassdoor or Indeed I'd estimate their tech salaries to be $120,000 (on the low end) to $400,000+ (I didn't ask them their salaries, didn't want to be too nosey).

I'm mainly focusing on Old Town, but would be open to Del Ray or Potomac Yards.

I still did a paper lease and other forms and the tenant was asking if they could pay online.

Palo alto the 180 recently traded at 3.2 mil and the 350k one would be over 4 mil.. and would have cash flowed a ton :(  But you know I was at the time afraid of negative cash flow and I did make substantial profits on each that went into my business.. so not all bad..
