At least the one's I connect with routinely they have never told me they were intimidated or belittled.

Now I pretty routinely originate them myself but the minimum loan size is $75,000 (minimum $100k value and you cannot blanket properties to meet the minimum).  

And online resources are often very low, our properties are in very nice condition and we routinely get $200-400 more than rentometer or zillow would suggest.In Milwaukee rents are basically a dollar per square foot.

One positive variable is Memphis acquisition is a play as I travel back/fourth routinely to visit family in Little Rock.

As Christian mentioned, this extra time during quarantine was a needed push to get out of the regular routine.

Typically these events are retirement/no longer working for that employer, death, disability, or reaching retirement age (usually 62).

So, it is becoming more routine to flip one of these.
