It seems like out of the 3 units or 12 bedrooms total there is always 2-3 bedrooms vacant year round with move in and move outs.

When it rains it seems to pour but on a plus side that usually means it will be a bit before I get the next round of calls.  

Sometimes they have to lock up communal spaces or required to do rounds of the property.

I need to round out my "book knowledge" with practical, real-world experience.The 1980s home age range is something that I chose myself.

In nearly all the jurisdictions I work in, you will not get through on first pass and a lot will have a second round of comments too.

Even if it gets chipped it can usually be fairly invisibly repaired, or you can buy granite already has the edges rounded off so it's less susceptible to chips.

It's my experience that you can't be sure how an underwriter is going to respond to documentation like this and it could open the door to more rounds of stipulations than you really want.
