After the redemption 120 days does title disregard IRS liens against previous owners in chain of title?

Caldwell is one of the hottest areas in our metro market and this home was a diamond in the rough- needed some love, but within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, hipster coffee shops, etc.

We are buying a commercial building in Lake Lure NC where we will have a gourmet grocery/ deli in what is now an established convenience store ( above) and have a restaurant group renting the restaurant space below to put a new concept in.

Know too that while you may insure with Prudential, or any company, your policy may also be underwritten by other companies in a chain and the earnings may only be as strong as the weakest link.

Now there are restaurants, condos, etc.  

Other areas in Tahoe have better downtown shops and restaurant areas for walking and touristy stuff. 

I would recommend that for anyone looking to open a business, especially a restaurant or bar.

However, they are frought with risk because many are special use properties (ever see a chinese food restaurant in a former KFC?)

Close to the Easton's Beach, the Cliff Walk, restaurants, Bellevue Ave, etc.Key, I believe, for vacation rentals, is to only buy in a great area.

There is just not enough going on in the specific area (jobs, entertainment, restaurants, child care, shopping) for that price point and getting most anywhere involves I77.
