In Florida, most people invest in tax liens in order to collect the interest rate-not to obtain the property as the only way that a tax lien investor will end up with the property is if the holder of the tax lien certificate requests a tax deed/Tax Deed Application.  

We submitted an offer late that evening and the next day there were over 15 requests for showings for a home on the NW side of Chicago.

The document processor will calendar the file forward for, say, 2 or 3 weeks to see if they've received everything requested.

I would most likely request my client (seller) allow me to assist the buyer in putting it on our board forms.

If agents are not involved in the transaction, you can request it from the seller which should get formal documentation from property manager. 

Since I already own multiple single family rental properties the underwriter for the loan is requesting a good reason in writing why we are going from a single family home into a multi family unit.

(a) During an appeal of an eviction case for nonpayment of rent, the justice court on request shall immediately issue a writ of possession, without hearing if: (1)A tenant fails to pay the initial rent deposit into the justice court registry within five days of the date the tenant filed a pauper’s affidavit as required by Rule 749b(1), Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and Section 24.0053; (2)The justice court has provided the written notice required by Section 24.0053(a-1); and (3)The justice court has not yet forwarded the transcript and original papers to the county court as provided by Subsection (a-2).
