What happens short term to these co-working spaces like We Work?

I am located at Athens, Greece and I am just starting my first steps into real estate investing.Me and my wife are focusing in Omonoia square for small office spaces, above 2nd level.Are there other people that are interested in such assets?

I still have 4 vacant rentals and do not want to just take someone to fill the space, only to evict them in 2 months.   

That will mean massive surplus in space, which means downward pressure on value and rents.

However you still have a few options here that balance tenant safety with vacancy reduction: If/when possible, use a video walkthrough and floor mapping software to help tenants know if their stuff will fit in the space. 

I have a 6 unit with a wide open space which is as big as the building itself (more so).

I'd be happy to share some of the bigger players in this space. 

Hi Tyler -I've "lived" with couples twice before, once in a conventional house hack situation (I lived in one unit of the building, and they lived in another), and once as "roommates" (separate bedrooms but common kitchen/living room).Wasn't an issue at all in the former.In the latter (which, if I understand correctly, is the situation that you're considering), I had a conversation with them up front about intimacy and inclusivity in common spaces.

Fresh paint, floors/carpet, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, soffit repair, vapor barrier in crawl space, all sorts of stuff!
