I know there are a lot of negative perceptions about section 8 tenants, they are not all true.

Our company has recently started a youtube channel to help educate the public on investment strategies, property management concepts, and overall real estate and market tips/info.

The amount of useful information someone with even half a brain can learn here for free to supplement books from Amazon or even the public library is astonishing.

I'll see if I can get some of these answers via Zillow, but just so everyone knows Zillow can't proivide 100% accurate info like the MLS and public records can so thats why an agent needs to pull the reports.
