Where to find Public notices for pronates and divorces

I’m in the Charleston area. I’m wondering where I can find public notices for probates and divorces? I know that foreclosures become available 3 weeks prior to the auction (based on info from county clerk)o, but any ideas on how to get a list of probates and divorces Thx
