I've been trying to sell this place for years off and on and would love to just have it gone-I don't want the insurance issue to prevent a sale.Does anyone know how that will work with the insurance claim?

I have a break lease fee, a repairs deductible (prevent the time wasters)Every-time that you place a tenant you are taking a chance, gambling that they are level headed people. 

However, Bernanke did an excellent job in preventing another Great Depression IMO.  

This forced double-check mechanism actually prevents about 95% of what would-have-been a software or data entry errors screwing with someone's deal.- Minimal busy work, minimal compatibility issues.

There have been many condo owners that have installed the flooring with the cheapest material and therefore does not provide enough sound absorption.My question is does anyone have any suggestions that I can install to prevent or minimize the sound traveling to units below?

He currently finds himself working on fixing major rot issues in our area due to other GC's not following the correct building protocols to prevent water damage (and apparently home inspectors are taking money and not catching a damn thing). 

The clause is in there to protect their interest, not to prevent something illegal.

I LOVE THE CHALLENGE OF PLACES LIKE THIS . i think once you do a few they are easier and you won't feel grossed out . the mold being a different issue , i can deal with the filth , a sledge , sawmill , and extra muscle . i am sure you mad good money though :)

I laid down a tarp to prevent weeds from coming through and am laying down a few cubic yards of playground chips (they last years longer than mulch). 

I heard the law prevents forcing tenants to pay rent by a single method.
