An LLC can't be the trustee unless it has trust powers (most LLCs don't).

I want to at least make an offer so that the Broker doesn't write me off as a tire kicker and stops sending me listings.Any suggestions on what my next conversation with the broker should be?

He called me 1st thing after i left a message, had a 10 min conversation with him, then i submitted a very extension easy to ready excel spreadsheet.
