I noticed that price was more reasonable in the Windsor area, its nice to hear the tenant pool is decent there.To answer your question Paul, I would definitely consider investing in the US market, I'm just not sure how to go about making that happen.Thanks for the heads up on the US hotspots.ThanksMatt

Some aren't comfortable with the unkown so it's beneficial until they get a little experience and confidence.More important is the appraiser and I do pay for desktop appraisals from the lenders appraiser pool for $100.

I've no doubt that this has been affected by the current sequestration - given that it appears to come from the same pool as rental vouchers - but for those vouchers that are available it seems to be a way to help buyers qualify.
