Jumped the gun a little there boys ;-) I just wanted to confirm the value of relationships in any business, especially this one..in this day and age especially, there are people everywhere trying to take advantage of others..this site is restoring my faith in the REI community and I always learn something new the more that I navigate thru the discussions..There is NO substitue for HONESTY and INTEGRITY in any endeavor, and the consistent journey to achieve a win/win relationship with others should be at the core of any transaction, right?

I have bought, held and sold multiple properties across the entire country and have completed deals with other people in many other countries including, but not limited to Africa, Europe and Japan.My immediate goal is to purchase 6 apartment complexes (through owner finance & creative finance only) anywhere in the country consisting of a minimum of 200 units each.

To me a good tenant is one who holds a steady job, earns enough to afford the monthly payment and still buy food for themselves, and can prove that they have some consistent financial responsibility.I probably turn away 50% of the people that apply for apartments.

The Republican field consists of 5 candidates (Primary in June) and any one of them would beat Reid by an overwhelming margin according to recent polls.Dina Titus is a freshman Democrat that narrowly beat the Republican incumbent last time around.
