New figures are out for first quarter of 2010. Las Vegas wins again. In comparing # of foreclosures from first quarter of 2009 to first quarter of 2010, most cities over 200,000 people has risen. The worst 3 are
las vegas
modesto, ca
fort myers/cape coral, fl!!!!
I've posted pretty consistently that I see much worse times ahead and to be prepared for them as you see fit. The info still seems to be backing up my comments and projections. I'd love to be wrong for my grand kids' sake, but I see bad things coming straight at us. There are other posts and blogs on here of what to do if you feel the same. Rich
