One thing Ive done with my house hacks is set up a PM company to manage the other side (even though I could save costs by managing it myself).

So there are very few setups where you can STR a full house year round.

I want to make sure I a make the best move possible so that I can be set up for the next(2nd) deal!

Closing on the house seems to have been the easy part, now getting it set up for rent is what will be the actual test.
