Chargebacks are a pain, but if you have documentation, banks are good about being fair to both parties.

The downside is customer service can be a pain to reach if something does go wrong (not the dispatch people, theyre always around), but for the price, I haven't found anything competitive.For REALLY bad areas though, I'll have someone stay in the property.

I do try to get long life bulbs for the flood lights as they can be a pain to replace and require a ladder to do so.

Are they going to micro manage you and make it a pain in the butt for less money per deal?  

It was a pain and not worth the trip. 

Don't get me wrong, he's a great guy, but a pain in the *** to deal with sometimes.

Pretty common.I would imagine that others that don't do this is because of it being a pain to move frequently.

And after you pass they go to your heirs at a step up in basis so all the gains over the years disappears for your heirs.  

I have had liens that disappeared into nothing years later when it wasnt cost effective to renew them.
