what you do with the money is likely less of their concern as long as they feel their position is secure in getting their loan repaid.

Get any of this out-of-order and you're creating risk, over leveraged; neither of which you want to do in 2024.Try define what strategy is more appealing to you (not anyone else).

Hey @Greg Teplansky, so I think everyone hit some nails right on the head.Get an attorney and CPA to go over the details. this is a lot of work to do correctly and it will cost you.I don't think you are outta your mind but I think there is little benefit to those that buy in.

Last option an attorney told me today is send some bills over and ‘move in’ for the next years, maybe rent to a friend. 

There has definitely been a price increase in Houston housing over the last couple years.

I self manage and like having full control over the whole thing.
